Just found out I’ve got glandular fever, which is fun. A huge relief to finally find out why I’ve been so sick though. So there goes one of the weights off my chest.
Also had a date with my psychologist, got some anxiety medication and some herbal concoction which tastes like butt. Hopefully my body and mind will be well again soon.

Spent my day getting my blood done, grocery shopping and reading. The doctors ordered me off work for the week. I tried to clean and cook a big soup and do a lot more today but I just became overwhelmed and anxious after shopping so I just lay in bed all afternoon.
I cooked dinner and now we are watching Silence of the Lambs.
